Google Bad Review 1: They completely misdiagnosed a boiler problem, telling me that there was no leak and that I needed to buy a diverter valve, which they would source themselves and charge me for, on top of the price for labour. Then I sent round Mr Engineers, and they told me the diverter valve was brand new and working perfectly, and that there was a definite leak that was causing the problem. I have since sent round leak detection specialists who have confirmed this. I made prompt payment to Romford Emergency Plumber in good faith that they had advised me honestly, transferring them £95. So far they have refused to return the money, despite the fact that it has been established that their advice was incorrect at best and false at worst. They charged me £95 just to incorrectly diagnose the boiler problem and have been very dishonest. They not returned my calls or emails. I would strongly recommend staying well away from Romford Emergency Plumbers.
