Google Bad Review 1: I went to see an orange Audi R8 and met David who I had spoken the day before. After seeing the car I asked about test driving and David said to me that I already have driven an R8 V10 Plus and his one will drive the same. The car I saw before had 1 owner, very low mileage while the car from Roman's of St Albans had 5 owners higher mileage, bold tyres and brake pads with around 1k miles left. I mentioned that I was deciding from which dealer I would buy the car and I would like to drive a few more before buying in a weeks time. He then said that “people usually go to a dealer already decided to buy the car they see online, test drive on the day and then decide”. I politely shaken his hand and wished him a good weekend when to my surprise he asked me: “ARE YOU INTERESTED ON THE CAR? ARE YOU CONSIDERING BUYING THIS ONE?” I said NO and he asked me why. I forgot all my politness and told him off explaining WHY I would NOT BUY a car from this dealer and from him. Make yourself a favour and AVOID this place.

Google Bad Review (2): Once carried out an inspection on a courtesy car they had on lease there. They tried bodging up the damage by taking it to an awful bodyshop which painted the wheel the wrong colour, piled filler into the Tailgate leaving it rippled and the bumper out of shape where they did not fix the dent in the plastic but just painted over the top of it. The majority of the staff were very understanding and helpful but the site owner was very abrupt, borderline aggressive and out for everything he could get. Clearly has made his millions by ripping people off as dread to think what the quality of the performance cars are I like from what I saw on their Courtesy Car. Very arrogant man that without his business would be nothing to anyone. I no longer work for the company which the inspection was with so now can post this. The service from the Owner was very poor and although I will never be able to afford a car from there I would not ever think of going there to buy anything. I have copy and pasted this so I can post again if it gets deleted.
