Google Bad Review 1: If I could I would give a —5 star to this agency in Welling, I had the worst ever given service from the 3 agents from this office. First of all Isabella didn't show up at the house view and the tenant that was living in the house didn't know about it. Luck us that he opened the door and we saw the flat. After we called her and she said she will come back to us and of course she didn't. On the website it says the office is until 8 p.m so we decide to go there because we liked the flat. Nobody was in the office and nobody pick up the phone. The next day I called again and I spoke with Lily, I told her i like the property and i would like to pay a holding deposit and I did over the phone, which for me to be honest it was a bit strange. Anyway after the payment she sent me a document to fill out and then she didn't reply to me again.I called a few days and her colleague (don't know his name) said that she is not in the office or she is busy on the phone and she will come back to me. Even the first time when I called, he asked my name and he hung up the phone, and I called again to ask why he hung up and he said Lily is busy on the phone with somebody else not even saying a sorry for that.Being fed up with this situation and this UNPROFESSIONAL people working there I called to ask for my money back and a guy told me that the house is not even available. Nobody apologise to us which is very rude. I would never recommend this agency, I am really disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2): I had given a good review initially as the initial paper works are carried out efficiently by them. But once you start living as a tenant in the property, the property management team is terrible. You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don't have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.
