Google Bad Review 1: I contacted the Blackfen Robinson and Jackson manager to request for an evaluation on my property. I will be reporting this manager to the Estate Agents Ombudsman as he was very rude and abrupt in his manner. I have dealt with a previous manager from R and J for many years who had excellent customer relations skills and was always giving me an evaluation for my property. This rude manager actually said that unless I sell my house with him he had no time to waste evaluating my property. He also stated that if I use an online agent to make sure I do not use his photographs that were done on my property previously!! Do you think I am so stupid or the professional online agent , to use Robinson and Jackson's pathetic photographs? I strictly adhere to the code of conduct and confidentiality and would not want to use his photos. I would pay and get a professional standard of decent photographs. These agents are acting as absolute cowboys who think they can get away with anything. Well at least there is an official body that we the public can write and complain to. I would think twice about using this type of agent ever again after the treatment I received today. No decent customer relations at all. I know times are hard but this kind of behaviour to the public is uncalled for. Get some training before you go out and open your mouth to the public. No etiquette and decency at all.
