Google Bad Review 1: Products marked up as mix and match 3 for 2 but evidently they were not mix and match. Customer service was poor and sales assistant started getting sarcastic when she either knew they were wrong or wad just incapable of seeing it. According to the sales assistant ‘mix and match' actually only means ‘match'. Very disappointed

Google Bad Review (2): Staff are very unpleasant. Not helpful. Another branch checked their stock levels for me. When I got there, the supervisor said they didn't have them in their stock room and denied stocking them. He did this without actually looking for them and physically checking.
Also, one member of staff was quite rude and alluded to her retirement, therefore she no longer cared to give good service.
Their actual words were “if it's not on the shop floor – we don't have it”.
In a cockney accent by the badly groomed supervisor.
They also made many jokes which seemed very unprofessional, that O would say are not for a customer's ears.
Quote disgraceful.
HR should should consider closing this store with the type of staff it has. They're being carried by the good branches of Robert Dyas.
