Google Bad Review 1: Beware of this place. If I could, I wouldn't even have given this place a star. It deserves nothing. I had a worst nightmare in this place. This dental practice had hired one of the dentists who were not insured.. After paying more than 2500 pounds upfront, the dentist had an argument with this dental practice, disappeared and I could no longer get the treatment I paid for. The practice did not do anything to help me to get my money back or continue the treatment. They ignored my emails and phone call. When I walked into the practice several times, they were scared that the others (who were being treated by other dentists so didn't know the issue) may find out the problem they had and sent me back saying they will call me back – never happened. Having dentists without insurance working in the practice apparently is not their responsibility at all.. from the court hearings, it became obvious that some patients (including one who was suffering from immunodeficiency was given wrong treatments that could have threatened the person's life) from this clinic were given inappropriate treatments. I guess this dental clinic is running as usual with the other dentists but can you really trust a place that had this much issue before? Until now, I did not get a single compensation or a word of apology. A really kind dentist in Knightsbridge offered to help me to finish my treatment for free having heard the unfortunate circumstances. Of course, riverside dental spa did nothing whatsoever in this either despite the fact that they had other dentists in the clinic. Really money-minded, extremely unprofessional place that you should never trust.

Google Bad Review (2): I had been a client at this surgery since 2010 and a new dental partner joined in 2016. Prior to October 2016, I had been very happy with their services, but in October 2016, I saw Ms Khade for the first time. She quoted work for seven fillings over three visits. She said it was essential and necessary that I had all of the work done. I was skeptical but due to her insistence, I got some of the work done but there were two problems with the work undertaken. Whilst working on the fillings, they were overfilled requiring a lot of filing down to enable me to leave with the correct bite. Also, my front teeth were left with a rough front surface and mismatched in colour. As I was not happy with the quality of work, I went to another dentist for a second opinion in relation to the outstanding two fillings and also asked him to rectify my front teeth. He said I did not need the two outstanding fillings that the Riverside dentist had said needed work in October 2016. I am now writing a year later and there have been no problems with the two teeth I chose not have filled. I would be very careful if you are presented with a list of required treatments and urge you to be sure before you proceed with any work. I requested a full copy of my dental records twice, which I never received. I was simply sent a copy of my treatment plan rather than my full records. This does not comply with the Data Protection Act. This entire experience has severely breached my trust in dentists and my past phobia of dentist has now returned.
