Google Bad Review 1: Came to the gym today as the website says to just drop in. The gym was closed even tho it says open on your website 10am till 8pm apparently. I waited for more than an hour it remained closed. I called the landline and the mobile multiple times no answer every time. Really bad first experience if you can call it that.

Google Bad Review (2): Shocking!!!!!! Was a boxfit session and not a real boxing workout. Did stupid stuff like power punches, sprint punches and burpees, no technique was taught at all. They put together some combinations on the bag but without any purpose or explanation. I could of been in pure gym using the bag doing this. I expect for the amount of money per class they charge for it to be authentic but it was horrible and not thought out. They need to sort out their trainers and structure the classes better. I've been boxing for 5 years and this by far is the worst place I've been to in london. I went to 12×3 in paddington a few days later and was given a proper boxing workout with real boxing coaches which put it into perspective for me. Overall very disappointed in this gym!!!

Google Good Review: Great vibe! Serious boxing and candid coaches – their ladies class was brutal. Only downside is lack of ventilation but apart from that they have everything you look for in a boxing training session.
