Google Bad Review: A warning to all that may use their services.
I have been complaining to Richmond Caterers for months regarding the unhygenic, possibly dangerous, manner in which they handle their waste. Swarms of blue-blottled flies frequent their bins which are located approximately 2 meters from the access door to the premises. More worryingly, it shares space with the vehicles they use to transport food and due to limited space, the bins and vehicles are often inches apart. I have no experience in regards to their customer relations, as I live nearby and have been put off for years due to their unsanitary waste management – this year has been absolutley outrageous. I have called them on at least 3 occasions, and the staff members I had spoken to had distanced themselves from the issue, told me it would be dealt with by “porters”, and increasingly show more efforts into trying to get my personal information than anything else. They have only apologised once, yet continue preparing, handling and transporting food from a premises that reeks of old, hot food waste.
If you would like to review this yourself, please walk past the premises and you will smell it yourself. (Please note the smell is extremely bad, so much so it has forced me to review. Today the person cleaning it was heard vomiting due to the severity of the smell).
