Google Bad Review 1: Tried to enroll on a course but could pay online. Sent an email four days ago, no reply. Called, no answer. How do they run a this business I have no idea. Poor management and customer interface.

Google Bad Review (2): Course starts next week and I filled out the form before Xmas but I still haven't received any information regarding the mandatory interview as emails are ignored. I tried to call today without any response and I also tried to leave a voice message with both the enrolment team and main switchboard but their message box is “full” so I couldn't leave a message – nightmare!!

Google Good Review: On a course here and the tutors are awesome, the atmosphere is great and I have to say that I feel like I've learnt more in the couple months I've been here than a year in secondary school.
