AFTER THE VIEWING THEY MADE LIKE AN AUCTION
This agency provided a bad service and didn’t behave in a professional way to the limits of legality.
I was looking for a flat to rent urgently, after a couple of hours they advertised a studio flat and I was one of the first to call and I wanted to rent it straight away but it wasn’t possible because the agency said that I need to view it first then I can rent it, so I waited 2 days for the viewing appointment.
After the viewing I told them to send me all the details for the payments and to confirm the rental price, he told me that if I want the flat I have to make an offer superior from the rental price advertised (I was the first to do the viewing) because they had more people in the list that wanted the flat as well. I told him that I have no intention to do an offer because its not an auction I wanted to rent it with the price advertised.
After I didn’t hear from them, I waited the whole day for the agency to contact me then I sent them an email. The day after they didn’t call me neither so I gave them a call to see why they didn’t call back. They said that someone else offered a better price for the rent and its not available. After the call I received an email that unfortunately I didn’t get the flat.
AFTER THIS THEY SENT ME A LINK OF ANOTHER FLAT THAT IS FAR AWAY FROM THE LOCATION THAT I AM INTERESTED AND THAT HAS BEEN FOR A LONG TIME ON THE MARKET.

Google Bad Review (2): Have rented with several agencies in the past and this one has really been a disgrace.
Was promised that repairs would be made to a property I rented, before I signed the contract. In a year, the repairs were not fixed – just had numerous contractors saying they would appear to do repairs and never did. I lived with a bath that was falling apart and extreme water damage in the bathroom, a balcony door that did not lock and flooring that was actually falling through on the balcony. I was strung along for quite some time with no repairs made to the property.
Upon leaving I requested my deposit to be returned and was told someone would be in touch about it. After almost 2 weeks, no one had bothered to contact me so i chased this myself just to be told “we're receiving quotes – we'll be in touch”. No such quotes have materialised. I have asked for information on what the quotes are for – what repairs etc however yet again, I am receiving no response or update and my emails are now being ignored and not responded to.
Unfortunately, this is now having to be taken further to get my own money returned to me. Absolute disgrace & a shambles.
This review is a reflection on the property management, NOT the lovely and extremely helpful associates that work in the office. It's a shame the friendly faces in the office are let down by a money-grabbing and frankly, very rude team of clowns.
UPDATE: 2 months since moving out and the agency and landlord are trying to claim for repairs and damages that were already there and are evident in the inventory checklist when I moved in. Haven't recieved a response from the agency in 3 weeks now. Will be getting a solicitor involved to claim back by £700 deposit. Absolute scam artists.
