Google Bad Review 1: I started this programme with high expectations but it fell way short. It's not a well structured programme. I don't personally believe the before and after photos are legitimate, mainly because my own ‘before' photo was taken on my own Iphone in the tiny changing area at the back. I signed up for 12 weeks but actually left just over half way through because it just wasn't working. And I regret not making a formal complaint and requesting a refund at the time. On the plus side all of the instructors are really nice .
