Google Bad Review 1: At the bank that I work at, there is a running joke amongst the contractors as to how bad Resource Solutions are. They are completely dysfunctional and a knightmare to deal with. Communication is horrendous. Unfortunately they are involved with most of the big banks in London. So if you want to know what they are like, just ask any contractor in the city. Dont be fooled by the 5 star ratings on here, they look suspiciously fake and seem to appear everytime somebody posts a bad review.

Google Bad Review (2): Untrustworthy and incompetent. Change contract rules mid contract, fail to complete checks in time for start dates (which means loss of earnings) and the holiday accrual scheme for PAYE contractors isn't fit for purpose. Will never work for a company that uses this agency again.
