Google Bad Review 1: Plumber was good but the customer service is non-existent. The prices quoted did not include VAT but that wasn't highlighted prior to booking. Charges are quoted as £60 call out fee and then £85 per every half hour worked. The plumber spent 10 minutes getting something from his van and I was charged £378 for 64 minutes. In addition, I have emailed twice to query the charges and explain that the plumber didn't arrive in the agreed time-slot (I had to phone them before he was deployed) meaning that I had to take more time off work, but have heard nothing back. I'm planning to replace my boiler but certainly won't be inviting Rennils to give me a quotation.

Google Bad Review (2): I would not recommend this company for emergency plumbing jobs. When our boiler failed they insisted I paid up front for the call-out charge then no-one came but they took the money from my account. When I called to enquire I was told that someone would get back to me. No-one did and the money remained withdrawn. Luckily my bank intervened after I made an official complaint and a local plumber (who came straight away) fixed the problem. No stars!
