Google Bad Review 1: I don’t understand how this can still be open. Staff are rude, the jaccuzzi and the spa section was partly out of order. (Not so convenient when you book it just for few hours) The staff should have contacted us to at least postpone or refund us.
We paid in advance for a spa and burger, the lady in the restaurant was very rude not even a hello, and not happy because “usually they don’t do burger and spa offer” ( is it our fault if the option was available on the website?!!)
The changing rooms are disgusting and dirty. Shower smell pee which is not surprising when you have 2 WC out of 3 out of order. Everything is wrong in this hotel. HUGE SCAM. Avoid by any means.

Google Bad Review (2): 22 of us booked over a year ago to have a lovely spa as part of my friends hen do , we were reaally disappointed with the service we had the receptionist was so rude ,the room should havebeen ready for us to have strawberries and presco but was not ready, still dirty from the previous party , we had to bring in all the chairs for us to sit on , the bride to be should have been excited and and happy to experince the spa day , but because of your staff rudines and bad manners the spa day was ruined , not even a mananger came to sort things out , if anyone looking to to go for a relaxing spa at this leisure centre i would not bother
