Google Bad Review 1: Completely unprofessional and try cheating with no respect for customers. I’m ordered service which around 30 minutes waiting after one hour nobody doesn’t call me only I must call and ask what’s happening unfortunately I have a information driver will be with me in next 10 minutes after another half an hour I must call again and the same situation finally the guy say the driveway driver stuck in the traffic and he will be take the lorry and coming to me from the office which one was 10 minutes away from me after 20 minutes arrive and don’t have even clue how secure my bike on his lorry and make some damage on my motorcycle. After deliver me and my bike to home which one was 4 miles from the place where he pick up me and my bike. I’m pay £120 to order the service plus I’m should be paying £3 per mile for delivery and even if that will be rounded service I’m should be no pay more £24 but he don’t tell me that only try charge me another £76 and telling me that he coming from different branch. When I was drive with him I was asking why take him so long to coming from the office to me if the office is so close but he say before he starts drive he must check the Laurie and this is taking 10-15 minutes to check all around when I asked why he charge me so much for rounding service he say “no I’m coming from different branch” i’m suggest avoid this company because definitely will try rip you off from your money and he is huge liar, avoid.
