Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) Unfortunately very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of Azad. Obviously the London real estate market is tense and the law of “First come first serve” prevails, however the notion of respect should not be prohibited. When you book an appointment with an agent on a Friday afternoon for a Monday at 6 p.m., as supposedly visits are not possible on weekends and the appointment is canceled 2 minutes before your arrival at the property is somewhat frustrating. Especially since if I had not sent a message to warn of my delay of about 5 minutes, the agent would not have even warned me that the property had been reserved. So of course I only had to visit it earlier, you say, but when you work and you can't get out before 6 p.m. and no more visits are planned on the weekend, that doesn't help. the situation.
Sébastien is undoubtedly a very good agent when you are in the apartment but as regards the possibilities of visit, this remains perfectible (Saturday would not be too much).

Malheureusement très déçu par le manque de professionnalisme d'Azad. Evidemment le marché immobilier londonien est tendu est la loi du “First come first serve” fait foi, cependant la notion de respect n'est pas à proscrire. Quand vous convenez d'un rdv avec un agent un vendredi dans l'après-midi pour un lundi à 18h car soit-disant les visites ne sont pas possibles le week-end et que le rdv est annulé 2min avant votre arrivée à la propriété, c'est quelque peu frustrant. D'autant plus que si je n'avais pas avait envoyé un message pour prévenir de mon retard d'environ 5min, l'agent ne m'aurait même pas averti que le bien avait été réservé. Alors bien sûr j'avais qu'à le visiter plus tôt me direz-vous mais lorsque vous travaillez et que vous ne pouvez pas vous libérer avant 18h et qu'en plus aucune visite n'est prévue le we cela n'arrange rien à la situation.
Sébastien est sans doute un très bon agent lorsque êtes dans l'appartement mais en ce qui concerne les possibilités de visite, cela reste perfectible (le samedi ne serait pas de trop).
