Google Bad Review: Last year cancelled many appointments before actually turning up, furthermore when turning up they used my plug socket to use their machine for the interior valet, I'm paying for a service but then they use my resources at my expense, which is unprofessional not to mention they had their own generator but still wanted to use electricity from me, which was in use for a good few hours. Then one of the lads tells me he wants to use my toilet lol, which I did let him. Interior valet was not bad, but at first everything was wet so you can't really tell as much if the stains had gone, once dried I saw some stains still there, and he didn't clean the inside of one of the plastic pockets near the arm rest where coins are usually kept, as it was still sticky with old residue in it. However, it did help with the smell in the car a bit, as I got this done for smell removal. Although, he was nice I feel my kindness was taken for a weekness, and I didn't get what I paid for.
