Google Bad Review 1: I had one of their tradesmen come over to my house to give me a quote for a job we need done. It has been over 2 MONTHS now, I’ve been sending him so many messages and I’ve been trying to call him so many times- once, he answered the phone and just ghosted me as he heard my voice. It looks like Regal Constructions SE LTD do work well, if you manage to get hold of them.
I understand tradesmen are busy, but you could just have the decency of letting me know if you don’t have time, instead of wasting my time as I try to chase you up for months. I’m sure the company’s final results are fine, but the way they’ve been handling this situation is really terrible and it just makes me think they could be a nightmare to work with.
They’ve definitely lost me as a potential client, hopefully this bad review will get them to reconsider their responsiveness.
