Google Bad Review: Awful Client Management. I had to do an implant installation. First they removed a broken tooth in summer and then it healed for 2 months. When it healed I called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment, as it is a long procedure which takes around 2 hours. When I arrived on the scheduled date it turned out that they were not ready as there was no implant specialist on site, because the operator ‘had mistakenly booked me for a consultation' (despite I have clearly said that I had visited before and what had to be done). OK, stuff happens. They have said they would re-book me ASAP and let me know. A week later I haven't heard from them. No text message, No call, nothing. Also during my visit they gave a quote which was 400 or 500 GBP more than the one they have provided at the beginning.

After my comment above has been noted and the reply below has been left, Dr. Bruns has called, explained that their Implant specialist works elsewhere and.. has offered an appointment in 1 month time, at the end of November (!!) Unbelievable. No respect for other people's time. Do not go there. Changing the review from 2 stars to 1.
