Google Bad Review 1: My mother was in palliative care and made it clear that she loved the idea of a signet ring for my brother and I with her fingerprint on it. After a few back and forth emails last week I emailed on Monday requesting an ink pad to take her fingerprint since time was running out. I received no reply and sent a further email on the Wednesday to which I got no reply again. It’s now the end of the week and it’s deeply upsetting to think that this was her last wish for us and we’ve just been completely ignored, and it isn’t going to happen now.

Google Bad Review (2): A bespoke company that sell resized rings for massively inflated prices and just for good measure take 3 times the length of other companies to make them. Customer service is non existent, all bar calling my fiancé a liar too.
Disgusted and very disappointed. Glad to have cut all ties with Rebus and found a company that value customers.
