Google Bad Review 1: They use keratin with formaldehyde. I wish I was made aware of it prior to the appointment. Brands like Inoar are really damaging for hair long term. I only found out about that after my appointment, one of my patients was a hairdresser. For potential customers: if they promise your that keratin treatment lasts more that 2 months – it does have formaldehyde. Do your research prior to buying quick and cheap deal. Formaldehyde is damaging for our environment too. My hair now is so brittle, I just wrote this review to warn others.

Google Bad Review (2): I bought a Groupon voucher for their services. They charged me £10 for making a major change of look even they cut very little. I asked for something else than I got. On Grupon says that they surcharge you for hair coloring not for something else, and the haircut I got it's not different at all from what I had before. If you charged me extra at least do what I asked you to.
Disappointing services, I won't use their services anymore.
Very clean and tidy tho and the lady who cut my hair seemed to be nice.

Google Good Review: I always go here to get my hair done. Amazing service, the owner is very accommodating. They provide with drinks wvwn without asking. I received the best head massage while I got my shampoo done.
