Contact them for renting a house.I called this agency 3 times, to book a viewing,always don't have the keys,telling you to wait, that they will call you back, but Never did, and later is Already Gone!!!!
1.First time after few days of waiting,they told me that the landlord rented the house by himself.
2.Second time that the tenants changed their minds and not leaving anymore.
3.The third time,i called them just when they posted on rightmove,they told me that they don't have the keys yet,later told me that they had an offer and the person didn't pass the checks at the beginning ,they posted the house on rightmove,and later the person came with guarantor, and it's gone.I lost my time waiting for them 4 days,I thought they are serious but are not. I really don't understand for what they are posting on the market if the property is not available, and they aren't able to book a viewing or to give you information.
They are very rude!!! I am very disappointed!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor. Wildly fluctuating sales price given to get the business, no EPC obtained for listing, zero contact regarding sales progress, no evident effort to market property other than sticking it on Rightmove. Just very shoddy customer service. I believe there are many good, competent agents out there, I just wanted to support a local business, but in the case of Readings, it’s evident why they’ll always be a back street, second rate operator in the market.
