Google Bad Review 1: I am NEVER one to complain, but I really feel I have to in this case as I have just had the worst haircut I’ve ever had at this barber shop.
They are nice guys, and the shop is also nice with a good vibe, but to call themselves professional barbers and to recommend amongst themselves, a particular member of their staff for a skin fade, when he was quite frankly a terrible barber, is quite baffling.
I asked for a medium skin fade and a small trim to the top of my hair. I literally had no hair after leaving and the sides and back were just shaved completely bald to the top of my head. No fade whatsoever.
Safe to say I wont be returning, but hope they improve their service and wish them every success.

I use a different email when writing reviews as I like to remain anonymous given that I really dislike complaining but I can assure you that I came in last Wednesday. If you’d like to report the review then please be my guest.
Whilst I did actually debate asking for a refund, I am not that type of person. I would much rather that you take this on board and improve your services. As for a fix up, I am going to have to wait a while for the hair to grow back and will be returning to my usual barber who was unavailable on the day I came in.
Again, this is not to run down your company, but the haircut was poor and people should get a thorough reflection of customers’ experiences.

Google Bad Review (2): Haircut I got was average and rushed.
They unfortunately didn’t inform me that they ONLY take cash. They make you leave a bag or something so you don’t run off, which shows a lack of trust in your clients even if you have been burnt by one person before. Treating your customer well and not making them feel like you don’t trust them is key to making a really great barber, so you can let your friends know about and recommend. I only speak about the experience I had with the one barber as this was my first time there. I wouldn’t get a haircut from him again. The other barbers seemed friendly and engaged in their work…perhaps worth considering.
