Google Bad Review 1: Not on a hate rant.. over all it was an enjoyable weekend but definitely could use some attention. Came to the Ramada as a family get together with 4 families.
Location…. great location, easy to get to, close to many restaurants, stores,ect. Big parking lot if you have a trailer or something. Nice grassed area to sit on and enjoy the sun.
Right off the hop the security doors at the back of the building do not lock when you go outside. The front desk let an 8 year old use a credit card (obviously not hers and with no adult supervision) to pay for a room (that was also not hers). Halls smelt heavily of pot all weekend, walking towards the pool area.
Rooms… quiet location and rooms (couldn't hear the party in the next room when we went to bed), dated, a pretty decent size, lumpy beds, COLD (turned heat up to 23 on day one it didnt warm up till early morning Sunday.. then it was hot hahaha) not the cleanest but what we expected from our first impression of the place. Microwave and mini fridge, no coffee pot or cups, asked for towels twice but never recieved any.
Breakfast.. you have to pay for the continental breakfast which only had 1 juice for kids (orange juice and sprite punch), the pancakes were so hard we actually thought we were going to break the plate by banging them on it, bacon was pretty raw. Eggs looked watery.
Workout room…attempted many times throughout our 3 day stay. Nice size, 3 machines, shower,ect. Machine 3 was definitely unsafe to use. The same towels piled on the floor from day 1 grew bigger, the shower room in the back had toilet paper and such all over the floor, water jug never had water on top.
The pool… very big room, big beautiful windows, big pool, deep end is nice and deep, warm salt water. What more could you ask for! Well.. maybe more than 4 chairs. The room echoed so bad that with 2 kids in the pool diving for toys I couldn't hear the person next to me talking unless we yelled and looked directly at each other.lol. dirty towel pile and clean towel rack was outside the pool door at the lobby desk. Friday was fully stocked upon our arrival with a few in the dirty bin. Saturday morning they ran out, Sunday mid morning still the same dirty towels and no clean ones.
Staff… not a typical customer service appearance, not well trained in customer service offer cleaning measures, or very helpful with problem solving but they were extremely pleasant.
These were things that were noticeably unchanged from me arriving on Friday to me leaving Sunday.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst booking experience I have ever had! I call ahead to make shure the pool was open! When we arrived there I asked about the pool hrs and then was told the pool has been closed for 7 months! I canceled everything and left!
