Google Bad Review 1: U think their customer service is very poor. 1st we called for a quote and they gave us a date and will call before the turn up. No phonecall just turned up at the door assuming we are available all day. That we just ignored and decided to book them as our neighbours spoke highly of them. The sales person was so rude on the phone about making payment insisting we have to pay the whole amount not a deposit before they do the job. We said no and he said they will call back 2 days before the job for some payment. We waited 2 days before the job no phonecall. So we assumed that wouldn't turn up for the job. On the initial date agreed they turn up at the door without a single phonecall to do the job again assuming we are jobless. They finish a job we paid for fixing a door we can't open and asking us to break our wall in order to get in the shed. This is sub standard as we chose a door we can open not 1 we can't. No evidence of even providing the good treatment we paid for. And to be honest the state of the inside of the shed is bad I can't believe they call this finished work. It's appalling..U don't think I will recommend them and I do expect my door to be fixed and the wood treatment provided.
