Google Bad Review 1: Possibly a SCAM company that take your money and customer service doesn't actually exist. Either way, THE PRICE OF THE FURNITURE SHOULD NOT BE THIS MUCH HASSLE!! Honestly the biggest nightmare company. Ordered a bench to match my RAFT table. I knew roughly the timings they given me for the bench to be shipped over, but when it got to that time nobody would pick up the phone from customer services to allow me to pay my remaining balance and have the bench delivered. Sales and enquiries were promising me that Gurdeep (who I originally purchased the bench from) would call me back when he was in, which he didn't ever do. After calling repeatedly for about a month with nobody willing to secure the rest of my payment – I had to physically go to one of their stores to complain and to pay my remaining balance to get it delivered (I don't live anywhere nr their stores) – They finally delivered the bench after admitting it had been sat in their warehouse for the entire month I had been calling. When the bench arrived it was a completely different colour to the table – so the kind delivery men took it back. I now have paid for a bench – customer service won't return calls or emails – and there seems to be nobody to give me my money back or give me a new bench. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Google Bad Review (2): I bough a storage unit called Louvered Storage Screen, Natural Teak and that is full of furniture beatles marks. The pest specialist investigated and confirmed this. Weather the wormholes are active or not time will prove! The unit needs to go back.
