Google Bad Review 1: i have been a regular client to Radiance for years, and have always received a fab service from any of the therapists (they change quite frequently). this time it was a rather different experience. i had my usual 1h dermalogica facial (i have been doing it twice of three times per year, for years). extraction was just 5 minutes and a couple of gentle squeezes (with my skin, plus the fact that i cycle, it usually takes a good 10-15 mins of pain to unblock the pores). hands and neck/shoulder massage had zero pressure and i was simply covered in oil (i had to ask to be wiped clean). at the end, i was given 3 layers of cream / ointment on my face, none of which was massaged to absorption, so i was left with an ultra thick layer of products on my face. again, i had to ask to be given wipes to get rid of all that. i would have refused to pay if management was in sight, but the therapist (i wonder if she was new and in training) was there alone and had 2 clients waiting when i left, so decided to let it go, but they won't see me again.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked a shellac manicure in this salon due to all the positive reviews I've read. The staff was really nice but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of service. During my appointment my cuticles were not done, therefore my nails looked like they have been done a week ago when leaving the salon. This should be part of every manicure procedure. Also, one of my nails has gone off the same evening. I came in to fix it and the same happened again when I left. I couldn't be bothered to come again and have it fixed again in my own time. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place.
