Google Bad Review 1: One word – TERRIBLE!

I had been to Raavi Kebab once and had thought that despite its shoddy interior and bad service the food was good.

I visited again with some British colleagues and boy was it a BAD mistake!

Not only was the food below standard, the servings terribly small for the price charged, the waiter and service was appalling! These are by far the worst people I have come across in London; they treat their diners like scum.

The waiter dropped an entire serving of Nihari on a friend and wasn’t even apologetic about it… (So much so they didn’t even wipe the floor they dropped the nihari on!)… When we asked the manager to pay for her dry cleaning they flatly refused saying it was not their problem… we had to stand there arguing and asking them to pay for nearly half an hour before the waiter paid 10 pounds (when clearly her dry cleaning would cost her much more)..

Obviously the owners have no interest in the reputation, upkeep and standard of this restaurant and are taking customers for a ride.

To give an example of their service – it took them over half an hour to bring us Naan bread! I am a Pakistani and have been to thousands of Pakistani restaurants and know enough that it takes less than 5 minutes to make naan bread.
The food is TOO SPICY even for Pakistani standards – it’s almost like they are trying to cover up the taste of the dish in the spices.
When a friend was dying of the spice and begging for an orange juice (she was sweating and on the verge of collapse) they took over 20 minutes to bring her orange juice!!

Do yourself a favour – stay away from this place.
Life is too short – and London has WAY too many amazing curry places to waste your time at this hellhole.
