Google Bad Review: My whole family is registered at this surgery for many years but our recent experience with regards to appointment bookings have been quite disappointing. Especially the receptionist there is very rude and doesn't have any manners. We have 2 looked after children and have been trying to book dental appointment for them for past few months, we were given an appointment and later it was cancelled saying they don't offer to NHS patient's. This shows how money minded and selfish they are. They said kids don't have to pay so we won't be registering them. It is simply disgusting to witness their complete disregard of my children's wellbeing and healthcare needs which they have a service to provide! Avoid this place by all means!
Thu 24/02/22: Updating this review as still suffering from consequences of giving honest review about this surgery. Back in Sept 2021, went to dentist Anita several times for root canal nearly 4 times but it's wasn't done properly as suffered with unbearable pain. The surgery got fed up and gave me antibiotics and told that they have referred me to specialist at Headstone dental practice which took 6 months before I was seen there. My visit in Feb confirmed that the tooth with root canal was broken and had to be removed immediately, again dodgy job done causing me to loose my tooth after all the time, effort and money spend. Called Raeburn surgery for immediate tooth extraction as advised by specialist and was shocked and surprised to hear that I had been banned from their surgery as I had put a bad review. As usual the receptionist was very rude and not helpful. When I told they were neglecting by not giving treatment, they washed their hands by saying that the dentist Anita has retired and no longer works there and that a referral has been made to Northwick park. I had to call 111 for immediate treatment and had my tooth extracted. In the end after all this hassle I lost tooth and suffering poor practice at the hands of this surgery due to their neglect and poor service. I wish that no one has to put up with this kind of service.
