Google Bad Review 1: The correct information on both google and your website would have been appreciated. Both stated a closing time of 5pm, on a Wednesday, however at 2pm when I arrived the shop was very closed with roller door down. A wasted journey and 1.5hrs in traffic lost out of my day. Pretty disgusted, if they can’t pay attention to the small detail of shop hours dread to think what they do with customers items. Don’t bother going here!!

Google Bad Review (2): I don't know where he get these positive feedback's from. Maybe the majority is fake!? This shop is only good for a quick repair which can be done on the spot, like a battery repair or such. Dirty, dusty and messy shop with a dirty messy man. This guy is a time waster and has either dementia or is just lazy. If you want to be played around with and be talked to rudely like if you are the problem, than leaf your watch with this guy for a year plan project. I left a watch with this guy for a small repair and he told me to collect it within 1 week. When I went to collect it, he told me straight up that he forgot about it. This happened 3 times over a period of 3 weeks. The last time he started changing his tone and started to being rude and acting like if I was the problem!? Telling me that he had took other jobs which were more important than mines, and the watch would be ready when its ready!! Really!? You don't talk like that to a customer! He's the one that told me to come back in one week in the first place, and than kept me on a leash for the next following 3 weeks. Mr Laucher, When you read this. Do something about your manners and learn how to communicate with people. If you get quickly irritated than I would suggest you follow a anger management therapy or such. Another tip: Go to the corner store, spend 50 pence and buy yourself a new and clean mask. That dirty black mask you're wearing which originally had the color blue is really a disgusting sight and tells a lot about you. Disgusting!
