Google Bad Review 1: Completely awful, we were mislead from start told our grandfather would be cared for on site and could be visited in chapel of rest when requested, all of which was lies! He was being kept in a mass processing facility, they would not tell us where he was. We had to have him cared for by another funeral home, who thankfully did not deceive us and were supportive from start to finish

She is incredibly professional, with nothing but care and empathy in all she does. She made us feel so comfortable and helped ease all our concerns and worries, with her truly gentle and kind nature. What a truly remarkable lady and deserves to be recognised. I cannot highly recommend enough. I would also like to thank Thoshan, who supported us on the day of the funeral, a true professional, who displayed the utmost in organisation and planning ahead to ensure the day was smooth sailing. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for having such amazing people involved for my dads send off. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
