Google Bad Review 1: The guy came and refused to go up a ladder to the first floor flat roof. I couldn't believe it. Where does he think wasps are likely to live. A complete waste of time and really annoying.

Google Bad Review (2): Where do I begin?
1) Overcharged me 4x the price they quoted me on the phone. Person that came over said the ‘situation with the mice' hence the higher price vs what I was quoted on the phone
2) Our landlord said the quote they charged us is too high (rightfully so) and asked for refund after 1st visit, they refused and said the bulk of the cost is the poison that has been set and the price we paid in advance includes all the 5-6 follow up visits
3) Person that came on my second follow up said “they have barely touched the poison so probably you dont have a big issue”
4) For the following 2 weeks (Visit 3 and visit 4 that in theory I already paid for) no one showed up
5) I have chased them 4 times now, someone called and said they will come today. At the time of writing, no one showed up.
