Google Bad Review 1: I was their Client for a while and I changed to another company. Now I asked them for a reference as they were my accountant for that period which had to be confirmed but they refused it first than they wanted to charge me £150 + VAT to click on 2 buttons on a form what I have provided to them!!! I am shocked as I would not expected this with an old Client, they went too greedy!!! I would not recommend them!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Our company was with Quest Accounting Services in Tring for just over a year, in the beginning they try to be helpful and do everything to win you over but once you are a customer the service deteriorates dramatically. Classic case of over promise and under delivering. We have left them and moved to a company in Bristol who are cheaper and more efficient. They made a lot of promises about helping us network and mix with new clients but none of this ever materialised… This time round we asked if we can contact a couple of existing clients with the new accountant before we decided to jump. Be wary of Quest Accounting Services Ltd in Tring and do plenty of research to make sure you are actually getting value for money before you pick them to work with.
