Google Bad Review 1: I give this place 0 stars but it doesn't give you that option. Absolute total chaos from start to finish when attending Monster Jam this weekend. We had purchased pit party passes. By the time we eventually got through the gates, 2 hours later, we missed it all as we couldn't get anywhere near any of the trucks. We couldn't even get anywhere near to the merchandise stands either so my 10 year old was extremely upset. I will never be attending an event here again due to the lack of organising and utter lack of knowledge of the staff who were supposed to be there ‘happy to help' as it said on their jackets. Absolute joke!
