Google Bad Review 1: Slow and not taking care of their clients, every time I have to contact them to ask how much I have to pay and info regarding documents and chase them if they have news, unprofessional. The only thing they keep saying is “we're doing what we can” and then disappear.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolute joke of a company, particularly Paul Gibson and Katie Brigden, who do not answer the phone in 6 weeks of minimum 10 calls a day and to be honest are completely incompetent at doing the bare minimum. The only time they were persistent was to chase up the payment we needed to make (then claiming £250 is credit for us to use at a later date???). As soon as the funds were in their account, every email and call was ignored, we instructed them at least 4 times to proceed with our case over 6 weeks ago, we have now lost our flat as a result of their negligence. Extremely rude and ignorant, will ask us to send the same documents again and again claiming they haven’t received them (they had considering the replied to the emails with the documents). Still charged us £250 + VAT for their “time”. When we complained, they passed the case onto another person who we have never heard of but refused to provide us with any contact details. I cannot express how deeply I regret using this poor excuse of a company, absolute scammers.
