Google Bad Review 1: Rushed, uncomfortable experience. After reading reviews I thought I'd give Qtan a try and I was happy with my first experience, so I went back. Unfortunately the second time was uncomfortable. The lady threading (the same one who threaded the first time & believed owner) did not give me the chance to tell her I wanted adjustments to my right brow before having me out of the seat so to thread the next customer. I left with wonky eyebrows. Displeased!

Google Bad Review (2): Purchased monthly sunbed allowance. Monday was my last day. Came 13 mins before the closing time, the door was shut (which is normal). Rung the bell, no response. Assumed, it was shut already. Went the next day, was told that can not use it, because it's expired! (Obviuosly, would have used it the previous day when it was still valid, if was let in!). Disgraceful service. Lost my 10mins out of 40. Will never use the service again!
