Google Bad Review 1: I have wasted incalculable amounts of time trying to book viewings with their “specialist” in the Medway area. This person seems completely unable to read a simple comment in a tiny viewing request box, and will rebook/attempt to change appointments with little notice to dates you’ve already stated are impossible. Communication is poor, and after nearly three months we still hadn’t managed to view a single property via their “experts” (directly with owners was fine). I can only assume they don’t actually want to SELL any houses and just employ their property experts to sit and reschedule viewings all day. Avoid – life is short and it’s not worth wasting on these people.

Google Bad Review (2): They dont do much. Initially they don’t even tell you about the charges. I am stuck with for the past 9 months. Any ideas on how to avoid paying the charges as the house is STILL not sold?
Absolutely useless. I will not recomend them to any one.
