Google Bad Review 1: My 90min appointment started 30min late and as i had a commitment after i had to ask them to do what they could in 60min.
I was offered no apology and had to ask to not pay for the full 90min. Only after a very uncomfortable conversation where I was made to feel the error was on my side they offered me to pay £60 for 60min rather than £75 for 90min. I was not given any apology about the wait and missing out on the appointment I had carefully scheduled to fit with other commitments. Very disappointed, more about the lack of understanding and apology than the actual delay and the expectation from them that I would pay full price.
The treatment was good but this ruined the overall experience.
