Google Bad Review (2): Never Ever Again! I took my 4 year old Pomeranian dog here, after his normal groomers was booked for the weekend. I told the woman exactly what and how I wanted my dog's hair cut (short at the bum area and half of his hair trimmed the rest of his body hair). I left my dog after being reassured I would get exactly what I had explained to the woman/owner/groomer.
After an hour I had a gut feeling something was wrong (his usual vets – Groom Room in Beckton have him groomed within 1 hour or 1 hour 30mins usually. Eventually I got the call 2 hours or so later, when I arrived the same woman met me at the front desk, she had me pay (£35.00) first which I did with no hesitation, she then had a young female child bring my dog out to me….. I was completely SHOCKED and LOST FOR WORDS having seen what and how she had butchered my dogs hair, using clippers to shave all his hair OFF!!!! I wish I could upload pictures of BEFORE and AFTER MY DOG CAME OUT OF THIS PLACE! The woman began giving excuses “oh your dog cannot be trimmed using shears, it will cost too much” (complete insult if you ask me) “oh you know your dog moves a lot”!!! I was LIVID….. I still am! I do NOT RECOMMEND this place, COMPLETE AMATEURS!!! I'm just so annoyed with myself that I didn't follow my gut, some BACK STREET GROOMER trying to make a living at other people's expense!!! I don't usually leave reviews like this but I DO NOT WANT THESE PEOPLE DOING THE SAME TO ANYONE ELSE! AVOID PUPPY SALON!!! If I could give 0 as a rating that's EXACTLY what I'd be doing! Now my dog has to wait for all his hair to GROW BACK!
