Google Bad Review (2): If I could rate no stars I would. Pulse nursing at home have been looking after my uncle for 6 months and unfortunately still continue to provide his care package now. My uncles care package is funded by CHC so unfortunately they have the final say over who provides his care. Pulse nursing at home completely disregard any information given to them by family, provide carers who clients are unhappy with, wrongly administered medication. My uncle has lost an extortionate amount of weight since pulse nursing at home took over his care, the carers don’t interact or try and lighten the mood in the house, it’s always a very negative atmosphere with music playing to try and get my uncle to sleep. They have made my uncles daughter who has the same disability feel so uncomfortable in her own home by keeping a little red book about her behaviour and ignoring her that she is moving out. They have left my uncle in dirty pads for hours upon end, night carers have fallen asleep while on waking night duty, the company were so say offering specialist care, yet the majority of the carers who have looked after my uncle have no previous experience in care. Concerns have all been reported to management with evidence and if it’s not ignored completely, they come back with some kind of irrelevant half hearted excuse, the company are shocking, I would avoid like the plague! My poor uncle is so upset with the care that’s being provided and we as a family can see why, it’s just a shame management won’t admit it and give up the package, as they are quite obviously not competent enough to provide a decent standard of care to my uncle who has a very complex disability.
