Google Bad Review 1: Submitted an enquiry over the weekend… Heard nothing back.
Yet, started receiving marketing texts that I did not consent for, quite cheeky of them considering they ignored my enquiry. So I called the reception yesterday evening as I wanted my details removed and the receptionist was unhelpful, said she couldn't find me on the system, was rude, dismissive and then hung up on me mid-conversation and ignored my subsequent call! Incredibly unprofessional receptionist.
Not a good first impression of the clinic and first impressions matter, so glad I won't be using them.

Google Bad Review (2): I've done 8 plus 6 , a total of 14 sessions for my beard, which worked amazingly during this period, however after 6 months from the last one it's all growing again. I'm 32 years old even though the treatment wasn't effective and I got all my hair coming back. Feels like it was a waste of money, nearly 1000 pounds.
