Google Bad Review 1: I have used this company last year July 2021 for one side of the wall and Chemical damp proof course was injected and was promised a 10 years warranty. However the paint started to peel as soon as the wall was plastered and painted. Then we called this company and was suggested to purchase an industrial dehumidifier to attract the water out of the wall, then once the wall is dried it won't come back again. We did spent a lot of money to buy the machine and been using it since last year. Till now the wall is still wet! Even we repaint it immediately it bubbling it up and the paint won't stay!.
I have been tried to call the company numerous time, no one picked up. not sure if they went bust or simply ignore their customers? If you are looking for a professional damp proofing company I would strongly suggest you to avoid this one. Big mistake.

Google Bad Review (2): Had Protective Preservations over to do an assessment on my flat for what I thought was damp. As ‘Specialists' I expected the assessor to do a more thorough review and ask more investigative questions. All he really did was stick the moisture reader in the wall and immediately told me this was a ‘very common issue' which required injections and would cost approximately £700 to fix. I'm very lucky I had other specialists assess the issue. Turned out to be a leaking pipe, very easy to fix. NOT DAMP AT ALL. Would not trust this company to assess the root cause of an issue.
