Google Bad Review 1: Junior staff well intentioned although with varying degrees of experience.first consultation xrays are taken then a follow up session where results are given to by doctor then he leaves the room and one of other staff walks you through the payment plans and gives you hard sell to pay upfront thousands of pounds. I was desperate after 15 years of back pain but sceptical. Paid for each 140 session individually until i realised it was making me worse not better. If it isnt working you can pay another fee to see the doctor. I could hardly walk without pain worse then when started. I quit saw a regular osteo after 4 sessions i was much better. Be very wary as to what they are offering. It is an assembly line of set treatments at a high price no one assesses you before and after each treatment. i personally would avoid as it could even do more harm then good as well as being costly. One girl seemed to have no idea how to use machinery and didnt read my notes. Others were better but still it is all very formulaic and questionable as to how effective it is against other treatments.

Google Bad Review (2): After my xray it wasnt made clear to me what my problem was. I'm still none the wiser to what it actually is wrong with my back and right leg pain. I had two sessions of shockwaves at proback. After those two I knew it wasnt for me. My lower back pain/sciatica got worse. Proback was charging me over £2000 for everything they said I needed done which i found to be shocking. Staff very friendly a little inexperienced but very eager to get you in and out quickly. I have back problems for so long. I have been with so many people that claim to be experts in that role. Its actually impossible to get anywhere/anyone to heal. The shockwave machine which you can buy online for pretty cheap is not the healer for me. In my experience no one cares if they heal you. It's just about the money. Proback in my view is just another one of these. Very disappointed. My search will continues..
