Google Bad Review 1: Pro property have previously carried out good check out /check in reports on our rental property. However, the latest check out resulted in them losing a set of keys. The cost of the resulting lock change was significant due to the security locks and pro property refused to accept any responsibility or offer any form of compensation /contribution. They were steadfast in refusing to accept any responsibility and did not offer any apology.

Google Bad Review (2): My letting agency had arranged Pro Property to perform the check-out at my apartment in September 2017. The check-out clerk was helpful, and let me know everything was in order. He explicitly told me the professional cleaning I had arranged was up to standard.
After the check-out it took weeks before I finally received the check-out report and meanwhile I had received multiple complaints from the landlord about the state of the apartment. In contrast to what the clerk had told me, the check-out report described how the apartment was not cleaned up to standard. In addition the report was messy and inconsistent on various levels (compared to the state of the apartment when we moved in, among other things), also the check-out clerk had failed to do a water meter reading (which caused a hassle and me to pay two weeks extra of water bills).
The worst was when I handed over all the keys to the clerk. The keys included a garage fob which was attached to the same key chain. In the check-out report this fob was not included and it was taken from the key chain; thus did not show on the photos in the report. When I reached out to Pro Property they told me that I had not handed over the garage fob. Later, the letting agency let me know that they actually had received the garage fob from Pro Property, and the question remains why it wasn't included in the report. When I confronted Pro Property with this (in a kind manner) my correspondence was ignored.
Currently I'm still in dispute with my landlord regarding a large amount of my deposit and I have to take legal action. Something that wouldn't have happened if Pro Property's service was up to standard. Mistakes can be made and forgiven, but the amount of mistakes in this case is excessive and Pro Property does not take any responsibility for their mistakes. In the meantime I'm left with the costs and a month-long process of resolving disputes legally.
