Google Bad Review 1: I very rarely leave reviews, however, the level of service we received is not what we anticipated for an after builder's clean. We expected a deep clean overall. Unfortunately, this is not what we received as there was still dirt and dust marks left. Additionally, one of the cleaners was rude. We reached an agreement with the owner whereby we received a partial refund of what we originally paid.
If you are seeking an after builder's clean, please ensure that you clarify what you can expect and perhaps ask to speak to a past customer who received a similar service for their feedback. Ultimately, I'm pleased that the owner agreed to a partial refund.
