Google Bad Review 1: Three hours two cleaner for only 350 sq feet one bedroom and the cleaning outcome is awful:

I did a google search online and found this cleaning company. Called them up to book for my move out clean. I told them I have a very small one bedroom flat I believe three hours one cleaner would be enough. They offered to clean for only three hours. I naively trusted their words and this is only the beginning of a nightmare!!

On the cleaning date, three cleaner showed up. 15 mins late.

One of them made the introduction and the rest two girls started cleaning the room. The other guy just left. They were chatting while cleaning the entire time. One hour later they only just finished the small bathroom and halfway on the bedroom. After finishing the bedroom, one of the girls asked to take a cigarette break. I agreed. They both left. But it took them almost 20 MINUTES to come back!

So now only with one hour left, they have to clean a small living room and kitchen. I can sense they are rushing things because they were running out of time. In between this time, I had to run to the post office to post a parcel, on my way back, I found one of the cleaning ladies standing outside chatting with the other guy who made the introduction earlier (Not working) while the other girl is still working in the flat.

At the end, they finished cleaning. I was asked to pay for six hours rate as apparently even though I asked to book only three hours, they sent in two cleaners to do three hours (without my consent) and I should be pay both of them. So the total would be six hours bill.

The cleaning outcome is awful:

1.they got rid of a cooking pot and several other my belongs in the kitchen without asking me.
2.they spell my bath salt on the floor and actually pour the spillover bath salt back into the packaging. I only found out about this when I was about to use the bath salt again and saw the bath salt mixing with hairs and dust which is disgusting!
3. The kitchen wall under the fan was left uncleaned. Covered with grease. My landlord was very unhappy with it.
4. They got rid of a refrigerator component while cleaning (plastic shelf holder). I had to go over the trash to find it myself

Irresponsible, deceptive, careless, lazy. An absolute nightmare for me and charged me 126 pounds for the entire service in cash! Not to mention, I myself as the customer had to help out in the end as we were running out of time. 3 hours two cleaner for a roughly 350 sq feet one bedroom. This is such a joke. Please do you research and avoid this company at all cost. i would offer zero star if I could!
