Google Bad Review 1: After having car insurance with Privilege for in excess of 5 years I was shocked that my renewal amount had increased by almost 50% on the previous years amount despite me having made no claims. I decided to shop around and found a quote for considerably cheaper elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2): I am baffled that a company running in 2020/2021 only send reminders for renewal of policy via the post and not email. Apparently I have no insurance because my letters were sent back…by who not myself. Absolutly shocked if they really wanted clients surely they would follow up via another means of communication not just post. Im not shocked find i have no insurance. Won't be using them again
