Google Bad Review 1: Very poor recruitment and interview processes. After being contacted on LinkedIn for a position, I agreed to do a video interview the next day. During the interview, I had gotten about one minute into my explanation before the interviewer rather rudely stopped me and asked if I had done tutoring before. When I replied saying I hadn't done it professionally, the interviewer stated that she could tell and that we could not continue the interview because it was a “waste of time” for both of us. Unfortunately, this had already wasted hours of my time when this question could have been asked in the screening process. It is also very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to demean applicants by implying that they are not competent during an interview. This can really hurt the confidence of someone. They were rude and dismissive when I complained about this. Misunderstood my issue as being unsuccessful in interview rather than the fact it was their attitude which was unacceptable.
Phoned me up after I made this review which is inappropriate and felt threatening, and emailed asking what the issue is. I have been very clear multiple times that not being successful in the interview was not the problem. Instead, it is the behaviour of the company as they have very poor customer service skills.
