Google Bad Review 1: WARNING! I GOT BURNED.
Their team made a change to the artwork but fortunately I was able to catch it. Then they made a second mistake that I did not catch … I should have been more carful but I never expect the printer to move graphics around. We found the problem after receiving the full run and it was unusable. The project manager refused to take any responsibility or to offer any support, rebate or apology. He even made up a stupid lie that I was like “No that's not true, just look at the file”. LOL I actually think they pretend to be in the States or UK but that are run by an overseas company. Anyway, not a good company to work with.
