Google Bad Review 1: My friend bought me a gift from here delivering to the Netherlands. It was nicely packaged with a message but I have now been issued a 25.74 bill from DHL for custom and import charges. This has never happened to me before when shipping from the UK. Since I did not make the purchase and have not agreed to cover these fees, I called the Print London Club for some help but the person I spoke to was not able to offer any advice other than to write an email to the info address and would not even take my name to look into why I was being charged.

Google Bad Review (2): Print was lovely, but disappointed with the courier service they use. A next day delivery took 10 days to arrive with time spent every evening getting an update on my parcel only to find out the next day the information given was incorrect. Spent 2 days in the house waiting for the parcel as I was told it would arrive in am then went to pm and then same the next day, went to the pick up point twice only to be told it hadn’t arrived and on another day they sent me a picture of the parcel on my door step so I drove all the way home from work as it was just sitting in the rain only to get home to nothing on my door step. 10 days of stress and no refund was given for the courier charges as it was finally delivered. This has to be the most unorganised delivery service I have ever used. The print is lovely and bought for my partner but every time I look at it I just think of the stressful effort I went to to retrieve it. It was not worth it.
